Bringing AI to the forefront of maritime operations.
Ocean AI is a TU Delft spin-off company specialising in physics-informed artificial intelligence for maritime sustainability, efficiency, and safety.
Our mission
The maritime industry generates enormous quantities of operational data — shaft power, GPS speed, draft, weather, fuel consumption — and almost none of it is used to its full potential.
We founded Ocean AI to change that. Our goal is to turn existing vessel data into precise, evidence-based decisions: when to clean, when to optimise trim, when to schedule maintenance — using rigorous AI that understands the physics of ships, not just the statistics.
Our research foundation is at TU Delft, one of the world's leading technical universities. We are members of the YES!Delft innovation network and active participants in the AINed Maritime AI InnovationLab.
