Do I need to install new sensors?
No. The system uses sensor streams already aboard modern vessels: shaft power, GPS speed, draft, wind, and IMU data. If your vessel logs these — most do — you can start immediately.
How much historical data do I need?
For Assess: 6 months. For Monitor: 12 months for optimal scheduling, but the system delivers useful signals from 3 months onwards. We will review your data availability before any commitment.
What is a realistic payback period?
For a vessel with moderate fouling (10% fuel penalty) and a daily fuel cost of $5,000 — typical for a medium bulk carrier — annual fouling loss is ~$182,500. Our conservative estimate recovers 65% of that ($118,625) against a Monitor fee of ~€9,900/year. Payback in under 31 days.
How is vessel data handled?
Transferred securely via encrypted file transfer or direct API. Treated as commercially confidential under NDA. We never share vessel data between clients. Data stays in EU infrastructure.
What if my vessel has limited sensors?
Our physics + AI model achieves less than 4% prediction error even with minimal sensor coverage, because the physics baseline provides a robust fallback when individual signals are missing.
